Ordering:

Orders may be placed on-line through our secure server or by phone, mail, or fax.

Shipping and Handling:

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FEDEX. Tracking numbers are available upon request.  

2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available for an additional cost.

A $10 oversize charge may apply to furniture and large items.

Shipments to Canada may have additional customs charges, customer will be responsible for any customs or duty charges.

Please e-mail us regarding international orders.  

Our Guarantee:

RETURNS: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send back the item insured, in original condition and packing container, within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a credit, exchange, or refund. A 20% restocking fee applies and all actual shipping costs are non-refundable (except damage). All returns must be authorized by CoolClockShop.com first.  CoolClockShop.com will provide a return address upon approval of the return.

Orders cannot be canceled once the order has shipped.  If the item has shipped it, will be processed as a return.

Backorders:

Most backordered items are annotated that they are on backorder and the estimated date the item will be back in stock. You will be notified via email that your item is on backorder and the estimated date the item will ship from the manufacturer.  If your item is on backorder, your credit card will be charged/captured within 30 days of the order due to credit card temporary authorization policies in place with the credit card companies.  Once your card is charged your order is placed with the manufacturer and your clock is guaranteed to ship when the manufacturer receives its shipment of clocks.

Price Matching:

We match prices as long as it doesn't violate MAP (Minimized Advertized Price) policies set by our manufacturers or the price is below our cost. We must also be able to validate the price sent to us.  Price matches must be requested prior to placing an order.  To request a price match send us an email with the following information: Name of the manufacturer, item number, and Url or location where we can see the price you would like to match.

Forms of Payment:

We will accept payments made by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks and money order.

We also accept Government and federal Purchase Orders and GSA credit cards.

Sales Tax:

We collect sales tax when the billing address is in the state of New York.
